Oud – Originating from Southeast Asia and South Asia, Oud is rare and widely sought after in traditional perfumes. Natural Oud is said to cost more than its weight in gold. We used a blend of essential oils, aroma chemicals and resins to create an interpretation of Oud. King of Oud combines the freshness of Bergamot and scents of Rose and Pink Pepper sitting on a bed of Oud, Patchouli and Vetiver for a fragrance that is both fresh and richly aromatic.
Top Notes: Bergamot, Lemon, Clary Sage, Rose, Aldehydes and Pink Pepper
Middle notes: Angelica, Rosewood, Galbanum
Base notes: Agarwood or Oud, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Patchouli and Amber
Contains alcohol and does not contain menthol.

I actually purchased this on a whim after becoming enchanted with the scent of the soap. It’s a somewhat powdery, musky floral with a nice bright opening that makes it not out of place to be worn in somewhat warmer weather. Projection is moderate, longevity is excellent; a spritz on my chest right after a shower and before dressing easily lasts all day. Certainly in the woody oriental, possibly chypre category, along with a somewhat incensey headiness to it, as well. I certainly enjoy it, but you may want to acquire a sample first as it may not be everyone’s cup of tea. To me, it’s a bit more floral than the soap, although the rest of the similarities are certainly there

Last all day, projects further than arms length and the sillage is is above average. Last all day plus! 2 sprays is all you need! The quality is great!
