Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

LOCAL DELIVERY OR PICKUP

We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup.

SHIPPING

We ship all orders within one to three days of the order receipt.  Orders will be shipped in the order in which they are received. 

Shipping to the continental United States: Your package will be shipped via USPS or UPS or FedEx.. USPS does not have guaranteed delivery dates for First Class or Priority Mail.  If you do not receive your package within 15 days please contact us at customer.care@whollykaw.com 

Shipping outside the continental United States: International orders ship via DHL and typically arrive within 7 days. Customs clearance can add time in some cases and is outside our control. All international orders will be shipped to the “ship to” address and the address cannot be verified by us. We are not responsible for any package held up in customs. Claims for lost package cannot be made until 75 days after the shipping date of the package. 

Alcohol containing products: are shipped ground only. These products are not eligible for shipping outside the contiguous 48 states of the United States. 

International shipping: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WhollyKaw is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
