Small-batch artisan shaving soap, made in the USA since 2014. Our tallow soaps are built on whole donkey milk for a slick, protective lather that stays workable through several passes. Prefer to skip animal ingredients? The vegan base swaps in shea, kokum, mango and cocoa butters for comparable cushion. Either way you get a dense, traditional lather, not canned foam.

Which base is right for you?

All of our tallow soaps start from whole donkey milk. The bases differ in what goes on top of it.

• Siero (tallow-based): tallow, donkey milk, water buffalo milk and whey. The densest, most cushioning lather we make, and the base under most of our scented soaps.
• Tallow (plain): classic tallow and donkey milk, clean and simple. Also offered as a vegan variant at the same price.
• Vegan (butter-based): shea, kokum, mango and cocoa butters in place of tallow. Comparable cushion, and the right pick if you avoid animal-derived ingredients.

• Sensitive skin, or you want unscented: Bare Siero.
• One soap to do everything: Eroe, our best all-rounder.
• Classic barbershop scent: 1776, a traditional fougère.
• Bold and oriental: King of Oud.
• Tobacco lovers: Dulci Tobacco.
