Oud – Originating from Southeast Asia and South Asia, Oud is rare and widely sought after in traditional perfumes. Natural Oud is said to cost more than its weight in gold. We used a blend of essential oils, aroma chemicals and resins to create an interpretation of Oud. King of Oud combines the freshness of Bergamot and scents of Rose and Pink Pepper sitting on a bed of Oud, Patchouli and Vetiver for a fragrance that is both fresh and richly aromatic.
Top Notes: Bergamot, Lemon, Clary Sage, Rose, Aldehydes and Pink Pepper
Middle notes: Angelica, Rosewood, Galbanum
Base notes: Agarwood or Oud, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Patchouli and Amber
Hops Extract is added to provide biological activities such as anti-inflammatory, anti-angiogenic providing relief for inflammation and prevention of spider veins.
Omega-6 Linoleic Acid and Omega-3 Linolenic Acid, the only long chain fatty acid which the body needs but cannot synthesize have long been recognized as essentials for healthy looking skin.
Vegan version of the soap does not contain Donkey Milk, Beef Tallow or Lanolin.

Excellent scent profile paired with a solid vegan formula. The post shave is top notch for being vegan. Be sure to add plenty of water, it is thirsty but it will reward you with some seriously slick lather.

Just got this a few days ago and used it this morning. Absolutely happy with the purchase.
The scent is from that barbershop your mom or dad used to take you to as a kid but now that you’re an adult you worry about returning to because the neighborhood isn’t what it used to be and you have a family to support.
The lather was quick, thick and effortless. Surprisingly effortless.
The feel was slick and the protection was great. Oudstanding product.

this is in my top 2 from wholly kaw, ive only tried 7 so far. but its also in my top 3 out of about the 50 others ive gone through. it reminds me of good Nag champa insence and that head shop i use to go to in my younger days. but crisp & cleane on top then a sweet Oud to to bring it home. i absolutely love this stuff!

King of Oud can be considered one of Wholly Kaw’s most recognizable scents. I usually don’t enjoy oud very much, as I find it to be too overpowering, but King of Oud is actually quite gentle on the nose. Beautiful scent.

Let me start by saying that I’ve been wetshaving for the better part of 20 years, so I’ve run the gamut of many, if not most ‘fine’ soaps. I decided to try out a few artisans and all were great, but WK KOO just blew me away. It’s almost too easy to get mounds of rich, ultra slick lather that’s still so protective that you can practically do another pass without any. The post shave feel is fantastic, Siero base is known for this. Scent is subjective, but I find it a musky, slightly powdery floral that I love. Perhaps the very first soap (or shaving product, period) that I’d comfortably give five stars. The ONLY thing I would change is getting some container art for KOO!
